Our Youth Ministry is geared for Middle through High School.
WUMC Youth is a place to meet Jesus as you are. We have youth from 6-12th grade and everyone is welcome! We have regular youth meetings on Sunday nights n the youth room. We learn about God’s Love through fellowship, music, games, devotions, and our friendships with each other. We also like to visit other places of worship to gain an understanding and respect for all God’s people.
Youth also reaches out to our local community through mission projects with organizations like AHOPE a Homeward Bound Organization, Senior Meal Site at FBCW, WUMC Preschool, Helping Hands Preschool, and with our larger Weaverville community.
Youth also holds lock-ins, attends summer retreats, goes rafting, hiking, tubing, ice cream runs, and lots of other fun activities!

Our Sunday Schedule is:
Sunday School at 10:00 am
Evening Youth Group: 4:30 – 6:00pm
